replace infinity amplifier

Can the factory 120 watt amp (4760296AC) be interchanged with a factory 240 watt amp (4760293AE) in a 1999 Dodge Intrepid? The 120 amp dimensions are approximately 8 X 6 X 1 & 3/4 inches. It has 1 din plug with 2 sides and is approximately 2 & 1/2 X 3/4 inches. Side one of the din has 22 available pins with pin 9 & 18 open. Side two of the din has 12 available pins with 5,6,11,&12 open. I am hoping that I can just plug n play the 240.
