hopefully to be a new Nova owner

i am a current import owner and i am in the process of getting out of that scene and buying a 76 305 Nova. i found this one for sale near me for pretty cheap. i am checking it out this weekend. is there any thing i should look for.

Right here with ya buddy. I drive a talon and im sick of the import seen its all the same , I went to go look at a 77 today but it was gone.

year one has good stuff for the novas. summit jegs.

if you can check the compression on the engine, crawl under the car check the frame, check the fenders for rust,check the floorpans for rust check the car for bondo. thats all i can think of right now some of the guys will have some more.

Good luck to ya guys. I know how you feel I am in the same boat. Been wanting a 68-72 nova with a manual tranny. Going to pomona swamp meet auto show this sunday. Hopefully that yields something favorable :)
