Help With Engine Conversion

I have a 1972 6 cylinder Nova that I bought for my newborn son. I have since accumulated a 326 V8 out of a 1967 Pontiac Tempest. I am wondering if anyone has ever done a conversion like this. If so, can you be of any help to me?
* Do I have to make motor mount brackets?
* Does anyone have or know where I can purchase motor mount brackets that bolt to a Chevrolet Nova frame for a Pontiac V8?
* Will Ventura motor mount brackets work?
* Do I have to change the cross member?
* Will the original drive shaft work?
* Will the three speed transmission from the 6 cylinder work on the Pontiac V8?
