Radio Lights not working

I have '01 Town Car. The radio lights have stop working. When I got the car used 2.5 years ago, it had the same problem. It was under warranty then, so I took it in and Lincoln fixed it by replacing it. I was surprised they did that. I figured it was a fuse. (It might have been, but they needed the radio! ;-) )
Does anyone know if this is a common problem or if there is an easy fix besides replacing it.
Thanks in advance!
Dennis

Havn't heard of that one yet!!
If you were an electronics major, you may be able to replace those circuits in the face plate, but if their anything like the lighted Climate Control assembly, they can't be replaced. Some kind of zenon tube technology that reacts to slight voltages.

It may be a bulb that costs like 5 bucks. Or fo to circuit city and ask what the problem would be. That would be the best bet
