The MR2 motor you speak of comes out of the JDM MR2 and its the 4agze supercharged motor. Its a bolt down swap on the AE92 but requires rewiring and ecu from the 4agze. Visit Club4ag.com and go to the tech reference on the left hand side for more info. BTW, you can also do the 4age 20v swap which is normally aspirated.
