i have a 95 plymouth neon. i recently tried to install a cold air intake on it. however, once installed the idle of the car sky rocketed. i have already encountered this problem before and fixed it...before the idle air controll valve went bad...now i dunno what it is. any advice or thoughts? any information would be much appreciated. thank you

did you mess with the idle screw on the throttle body?
