I have a used Dodge Neon '96 it ran semi-fine in the summer and now it has gotten cold and it started to hesitate to start and shut off like twice once when warming the car and second when I was driving. Now it will not start at all. It trys a little when you pump the gas but not completely. The lights and everything work so I don't think its the battery and I had a oil change maybe a month ago and they said all the fluids and everything was good. I'm thinking either the starter or the alternator can someone give me some ideas.
