I have a block that had oil+coolant mixed together and now it has this yellowish stuff on the walls. I tried running water thru it but it would get it out... any ideas how I(or a shop) could clean it out?

what about rust? any liquids that would clean rust without having to go with a brush as most of the surfaces there arnt reachable.

Anything that prevents full power does! Even A/C and p/s but compromises are always made otherwise it wouldn't be street legal!
