Hey, I have been lookin all over the place for some exhaust for my 2005 Impreza RS. I already have a muffler on it so I am just looking for some components like a cat with a 2.5" diameter. The stock pipe that is on it right now is 2.25' diameter. If I get all the componets I can build it myself. I don't really knwo where to get all of the components.

On the other hand if I can find a bolt on kit for cheap then I would do it
if its what im looking for and cheap.

So does anyone know where I can get all this stuff?

An exhaust/muffler shop?

The problem is that I have not found any one (aftermarket) that crries a bolt-on exhaust system for a 2005 RS. Does anyone know where I can get one without paying for a custimized one????

Customized ones are actually cheaper. I shopped around for mine for a long time before I decided just to get custom 3" pipe and a Flowmaster muffler. It's standard alumized steel pipe and it's crush-bent, but it was significantly cheaper than any bolt-on system.

Oh, and the guys at the Subaru dealership yesterday said it was the meanest-sounding WRX they'd ever heard. :iceslolan

yeah i know a bunch of people who have made there own exhaust, itis cheaper and any exhaust company can basically weld a good pipe, ide go with a mandrel bend instead of a crush bend, better air flow, but i suppose either or works better than stock
