PLEASE HELP, Honda Accord Tranny

ok i have 1994 honda accord coupe with 109000 miles on it, my tranny seems to act up alot lately and it shifts very roughly and slips a tiny bit only in first gear, can someone please tell me what to do, i am debating on a transmision fluid change, but i would like to know what it could possible be first, please help thanks

Do you drive it hard? Mine seems to be doing the same thing, thats because I drive it hard and i manualy shift it sometimes. But it doesn't hurt to do a tranny flush(if u haven't done one already)and add an addative, it may or may not help.

check your transmission fluid. is it brown? if so change it, this may help for a little while sounds like what my eclipse was doing i change the tranny fluid and filter than about a month later the tranny was gone wouldn't go into any gear

Do a tranny flush and change the filter...it will help...if it has gone on the original 100k without ever having been changed it is LONG overdue.
