New Wheel Studs... (Longer?)

I have a High Millage 92 Ford Explorer (4 Door, Auto, 260,000 kms)

I was thinking of replacing the wheel Studs, since the old ones are 13 years old and have been through alot. I will most likely be driving this truck into the ground (over time and millage, not by being beaten).

I was thinking of replacing the wheel studs for safety. Perhaps its not needed, but I think its not a bad idea. shit happens right?

I was wondering where to look for wheel studs? (Besides a Ford dealer). I was also wondering about getting longer wheel studs as replacements. (So I could use wheel Spacers and give the truck's stance a bit more width.)

Has anyone bought or Seen Longer Wheel Studs?

Thanks in advance to those who view / reply...

try www.rockauto.com for parts. It will give you a listing of most parts.
