OK....so heres the deal. I have a 1981 280 ZX T-Top that I want to sell. However, I really like the car and if I can fix it, I'd much rather keep it. I have a few questions that hopefully someone can help me with. The heater doesnt work (climate control type heater) and I cannot figure out what is going on to not make it work. Secondly, i have a stereo in her that powers up but distributes no sound. I checked all fuses and they are all fine but cannot begin to think of where to look now to see what is wrong...any suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIEATED!!!

Also, sorry to hear that you want to part with your Z, wish you would change your mind, you may regret getting ridd of it later.

BTW you also may want to mention where the car is, what state, I can think of a few people who would love to buy it but they arent going to go more than 200 miles to get it.

i still say keep the car, just keep it in a garage till you have time or money to work on it. If you do that you will love your car even more, and have a collectors item that you will never get ridd of it.

well, if it still runs fine, i would still keep it, i would never sell it if the heater didn't work or the stereo didn't work, those aren't critical for the car.

Its really cold here in Seattle during the winter and I really would like to have heat in my car. If I can fix it I will keep it because its a fun car but I cannot figure out what is wrong with the heater. Its not making any sense why it isnt working. Any suggestions?
