When i turn the car off then start it back up it goes off. i just want to know why it does that. please help...thanx IT MEANS YOUR ABS SYSTEM HAS ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION. LadyNRedSi 01-09-2005, 11:38 AM pull your hazard fuse for like 30 seconds to reset your ecu and see if it happens again. sometimes "something" will happen and if you don't clear it out of your ecu if will keep reminding you. did you have your brakes worked on anytime recently? Miataracer 01-09-2005, 12:37 PM make sure your fluid isn't low civicblumagik021 01-10-2005, 10:50 PM thanx guys Wischmaster 01-11-2005, 12:45 AM pull your hazard fuse for like 30 seconds to reset your ecu Are you talking about the fuse for the hazards... or something else? If it is the one for the lights, why would taking the fuse out reset the ECU? Sorry, I probably got things messed up but hey... new question. :grinyes: LadyNRedSi 01-11-2005, 12:20 PM hazard fuse is the main fuse. it is in the fuse box under the hood. pull it and you'll be killing power and resetting the ecu, clearing all codes. ecu will store a code until it's cleared. i've bought honda's in the past with error codes in the ecu the previous owner didn't know were there....because it was never cleared. typerx7 01-11-2005, 02:20 PM is it the abs fuse because my 92-95 civic manual tells me that the 7.5 amp back up fuse resettes the ecu///// vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
