an off white color, pretty much like an original match, you cant really tell it was repainted since it matches well with the door jams, engine bay and trunk

BR Green is the best colour for these cars in my opinion. :)

My ideal would be a cream interir, with TV and all the ohter extras, in British racing green with a black hood, as it would be convertible. Unfortunatly the waiting list was 7 months, and I was not really willing to stay that long with my XJS, so I decided to take this one. :)

are jaguars expensive cars over in the UK, here they are a little over priced for what you get. I hear they are not as reliable now that ford makes the electronics and stuff.

They are £48,000 now, but when I got it it was £55,000. Sometimes the electronics did muck up, so that is why I had a new computer installed on it.

Hey JBL85, that looks like a really nice Altima. We don't get them here in England but when I was in Florida this Summer I went shopping with my cousin for one, I think it was a 3.5 SE Touring or something like that - lovely car. Do you have any more pictures of it?

XJ6s aren't all that fast. And even if they are maintained, the pre-Ford versions are not all that reliable.

Her's my Series III XJ6

Here it is ...

It's an '86, second to last year sold in the US.

It looks reasonably decent, until yo get close. It has rust issues, and teh sunroof used to leak pretty bad, i guess, becasue the headliner is falling down. Mechanically it's pretty decent now, but that's due to a bunch of repair work I've had to do to it over the last few months (starter, sunroof seal, alternator, cam cover gaskets, forward catalytic converter, forward wiring harness, brakes, shocks, bushings, fuel pump and fuel filter, etc). Beautiful cars, but not the most reliable if not maintained perfectly from new (I've only owned this example now since October)

Once a car gets over a certain age it tends to have lots of problems, and older Jags definately suffer! I think now with the experience of Ford reliability has and will continue to improve. Well your car looks really great anyway! Do you have any others?

That's the only Jag I have. I used to have a MK VII, but that was a long time ago.
