A hair dryer works wonders.

I live in a relatively cold town as well: Saskatoon. I been using a hot steamer for it. I bought one for $25CN from a liquidation store (XS Cargo in Saskatoon). It's kinda pricy if you get one from TV ad. It works great. It also works great for cleaning little corners of my Zuki.
