Warning lights; ABS, TCS

Having intermittent pop-ons of these two codes. Can't see any links to the devices I have on, types of devices, temperature, humidity, etc.
On initial startup, all lights illuminate then disappear as designed. However, once I'm driving, there are times when the ABS TCS lights come on. They always come on together and when they indicate, I have no control on the traction control switch on the dash. If I shut the van off and re-start ..... could get same result. Sometimes the codes stay off the remainder of the drive.

Don't remember, but does this van have pad sensors that could trigger the light?

Recently I changed the battery and alternator (what a job!) and had GM clear all the codes out of the computer.

Ken, I had the same problem in my 2000 montana, Water gets into the connector at front tires. Remove front tires, can be done without removing. turn wheels left or right, unclip wire at back of spindle, spray with wd-40 reclip. The TCS works off the ABS sensor in wheel. For rear connector, just hit it with spray, because it is a pain to remove. It is buried in axle.
