Can anyone tell me where the turn signal flasher is located?

I have a 93 as well and two months ago I replaced mine.

You will find it under the dash on the driver side just to the left of the steering wheel. You may have to push wiring harness to the side to see it. The key buzzer relay is right beside an it looks identical (they are both round; 'bout 3'4" in diameter) and are interchangeable.

Thankyou! You were exactly right. We had some other problems with the electrical. Someone had hacked in an aftermarket alarm system and after I fixed the turn signals it would start, but it wouldn't stay running. FINALLY it's all back together and running fine. Thankyou for your help!
