Front caliper

hey guys my front caliper is seized on the front right tire. Now my truck wont move.... i guess its seized closed... is that why my E brake light is always on even afte i release it? how much do they cost new? and if i change the right one dose that mean i have to change the left one? I never changed one before is it hard to do i really dont feel like geting riped off at a machanic.... thanks guys

caliper changes arent usually hard. Need either a socket or alan to take the caliper bolts off, and possibly a pry bar to get the old caliper off since its stuck on.... calipers for a 97 with 4x4 run $14 with a $30 core at autozone....
