when coming to a stop somewhat fast like while turning into a driveway or backing up to park it stalls! starts right back up and runs ok on the road just has issues when stopping faster than normal...sometimes idle will come way down to almost stall then jump back up ....but alot of times it will die....please help

Sounds like the IAC Motor located on the back of the throttle body. Try cleaning both with a toothbrush and carb cleaner. If it it dosent work you will probally have to replace it around $60.

yupp, IAC - do this to test it, with engine running, turn on A/C, place tranny in gear (reverse, drive) and operate the Power Steering (turn wheel slightly left or right). the Idle should remain steady or increase slightly. If idle drops or engine stumbles the IAC is bad.

i just replaced my TPS and cleaned the IAC, runs a lot smoother. you might as well do both. the new TPS was $40 at NAPA.
