I just got new xenon bulbs to replace my stock halogen ones. does anyone know the easiest way to get at them? I checked under the hood and they seem pretty crammed in, and of course the manual is of no help. PLEEASE HELP!

Easiest way is to remove the headlight assemblies. I think those have 1 or 2 bolts which are under the frt bumper cover, may have to loosen or remove bumper cover bolts to get to lower headlight retaining screws. I have seen alot of cars that have headlight wiring harnesses melt due to aftermarket bulbs being installed, they run alot hotter than stock. Just thought you might want to know...you may end up damaging your wire harness.

If I may ask...what kind of Xenon bulbs are you installing? In my quest for the "HID look" I've tried several and have come up with only one thing....that Xenon bulbs pretty much suck! Before getting the G' with actual HID's I did find a bulb that was very nice...made by Raybrig. Look them up...they're around $75 per pair, but look very HID'ish and actually put good light on the road.

Just my 2 cents. ;-)

Any luck pulling out the headlight assembly? I have HID lights but am trying to replace the stock high beams.

I have not done it but I am told you can access them from behind by pulling back the fender splash guard.
