Greetings, Merry & Happy for 2005!!!

I raised a similar question a few years back, but to no avail. I have a '94runner and would like a cargo cover for my overly-exposed cargo area. I don't believe they started including said cover until the '95 models. Has anyone discovered/created an ingenius (& cheap) solution??? If so, do tell.

When last I was on this site, there was one suggestion: buy a cargo cover from a '95 or later model and 'rig-stall' it. Upon scouting around for an affordable cargo cover, the cheapest I could find was about $150! That seems a bit high for a non-sure-thing.

Any suggestions would be more than greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Be amazed what you can do with a *cutzie* indian blanket, some velcro,a curtain rod and/or dowel rod stitched in and a bit of creativity....

P.S. Don't forget the backseat head rest rods make for a great attachment point...

Great idear! Can you provide pix - it'd be better to understand. If/When, I'd 'preciate it. Thanx in advance.

Last night, I looked at the owner's manual last night and there are pictures of the '94runner WITH a cargo cover and the respective mounts, but MINE doesn't have any of that. I wonder, when I install my new 6.5" rear speakers and rip out the rear paneling, IF I can locate an intact cargo system at an area junkyard - should I? Hmmmm...
