Daimler soverign V Jaguar XJ6

I am currently looking to buy a Daimler Soverign 4.2 and was wondering what differences are there between the Daimler and the jaguar. The one im trying to buy is a 1975 Daimler 4.2 long wheel base.

The Daimler comes with lots of luxury items like the wool rugs, picnic tray tables, softer leather, and some other stuff. It comes fully-loaded.
