Is it possible to replace the lower ball joints w/o having to replace the entire lower control arm. The parts are listed but I have read that it must be replaced as a unit. I know that my old Mustand had replacement joints and it listed them as a unit also. Thanks in advance R Merch

Are the ball joints as tough to get at as they seem?Mine appear to be frozen in or just plain tight. I removed the clip and soaked it with PB Blaster and tried to tap them out. Looks like it's gonna have to go to the shop for the repair.
