abs indicator on 99 cavalier malfunctioning

My 99 cavalier started displaying the ABS warning light when the right hand turn signal is engaged and I turn the steering column any slight bit to the right. When this occurs I am without my ABS which makes driving a scary adventure way up here in Canada on icy roads. If I am parked and engage the right hand turn signal it is OK. If I turn right without engaging the turn signal it is still OK. It just seems to be the 2 in combination which set it off. It will reset itself after turning the car off. Is it a sensor problem? Has there been a service bulletin on this sort of problem arising? Has anybody had any success in resolving this? If so at what cost? Thanks for any replies posted!

Try checking the connections at the wheels for the ABS light.. They are in the backside of the rotor where the CV shaft runs through it..un plug and plug back in.... try disconnecting your batter for 30 min and see what happens after wards.
