I am getting error code #24 tps sensor is above 4.9V,it read just around
5V at wot, should i adjust it and what do i set it at?

What kind of vehicle? If its bad just get a new one from autozone and bolt it on. Its like 12 bucks probably.

It is a new sensor just put on.
