Hello all,

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it. I am putting an aftermarket cd player in my girlfriends 96 taurus for Christmas. I got the wiring harness and faceplat of the net. it has everything, but no instructions. I have done this stuff on older cars before, but this is different. I got everything in and the cdplayer works, but I cant figure out how to hook up the speakers and antenna. As far as I can see, there is no place to hook it up near the radio, and the wires for it are like 6 feet long. I am thinking that it hooks up somewhere else, but am clueless as to where. There is an adapter on the long speaker wires, but no place to put it. If anyone knows anything, please help. I was trying to get this done before my gf got back so I could surprise her, but if it doesn't work, it's not that great of a surprise. lol.

the hookups for the speakers and antenna are in the trunk under the mat on the drivers side, thats why they're so long.
