Neuspeed Sport SpringsBrokenLimits 03-05-2002, 07:03 PM What do you guys think about Neuspeed Sport Springs for my 2000 Civic Si?? I can get them for $140 and then install them. I like the idea of dropping my car 2 inches without getting abused when I run over a pebble What do you think? ric 03-05-2002, 07:31 PM i thought neuspeed sports were .75" drop? if it is a 2.0 drop dont expect pebbles to be as friendly as you think....i dont care what kinda springs you put on anything with a stiffer rate will be a harsh more so then stock type ride. amoney805 03-05-2002, 07:48 PM i just installed the neuspeed sports on my 2000 ex on the friday with some kyb agx's, and the ride is smooth as hell, but it didnt drop it 2 inches, more like an 1.5. hopefully they settle a little bit lower. Motion500 03-14-2002, 12:13 AM As the head engineer at Progress Auto Group told me, "A good spring will never sag from the day it is installed..." I put the Progress Sport Springs on mine 3 years ago, 1.7" drop then, 1.7" now. Compared with all the other springs my friends have, these are by far the most comfortable. My two cents... 90CRXZCSi 03-14-2002, 12:23 AM Well springs need time to settle. It shouldnt instantly be a 1.7" drop or whatever drop you have right away. It will eventually get lower as the weeks go by and settle at the designated drop. b16a2si 03-14-2002, 01:40 AM Originally posted by Motion500 As the head engineer at Progress Auto Group told me, "A good spring will never sag from the day it is installed..." I have Eibach Sportline and they are have not sagged at all either.:D No wheel gap and the drop looks the same as it did on that first day.:) vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
