transmission upgrades

were would i find a good automatic transmission for a 1994 jeep grand cherokee leradeo 4.0l for off roading. like who does new gears and tourque converters the whole transmission. and i heard about atlas transfer cases were really good. how are they anyone have them? thanks guys
