IT BETTER HANDLE INCREDIBLY WELL, OR ELSE! Later :flash: Da Hawxxx 03-05-2002, 10:17 AM very, very odd! but hey! it's fresh! Tom_S8 03-05-2002, 10:36 AM The exhaust thing on the turbo is too big IMO... And who the hell wants to do 165 mph in a suv? It must be extremely unstable at this kind of speed... I really don't know what to think about this all $hit , maybe they will make another generation of the 928 and put those engine in? That would be better than this IMO , something to compete with Mercedes SL , or maybe even Ferrari 575M and Aston Martin Vanquish... Porsche 03-05-2002, 10:41 AM Well said, altough I think that the Carrera GT is Porsche's Ferrari eater. Da Hawxxx 03-05-2002, 10:43 AM rumors says that the cayenne V8 will feature in the fortcoming widebody 911s Porsche 03-07-2002, 11:06 AM Originally posted by Da Hawxxx V8 911 Not allowed Da Hawxxx 03-07-2002, 12:13 PM i saw that piece of info in Car mag. ales 03-07-2002, 02:02 PM They actually made it  £75,000 for the turbo, the performance figures are impressive, but I SOOOOOO! don't line the idea! :apuke: Roadster2 03-07-2002, 07:52 PM HERE IS THE OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE OF THE CAYENNE JUST FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW http://www.vwvortex.com/news/03_02/03_05/index.shtml http://www.fordfans1.homestead.com/FORDFAN1.html jslone 03-07-2002, 09:44 PM If it was the last SUV or whatever it is called and I wanted an SUV I would not get it.:flipa: NITROboy 04-03-2002, 08:07 AM here another picture of the cayenne http://www.waveracer.net/forums/misc2.php?action=download&attachmentid=36 NITROboy 04-03-2002, 08:08 AM here another picture cracker196 05-03-2002, 06:04 PM I have lusted after Porsche's all my life. They are outstanding cars with a real history, and Porsche seems to nurture that history. This Cayenne is a DISGRACE, by far one of the ugliest cars (for the price) I have ever seen. I can't say it compares to the Aztec, but this things is REALLY ugly. The turbo looks like it is taking a crap, and the wheels on the S look like hubcaps off a Ford. What the hell were they thinking! I can't say my opinion of the 911/Boxster has changed, but Porsche is not as...cool...as they once were in my book. If Porsche has survived in a niche market for so long, why did they do this. I'll stop complaining now because I sound whiney, but this thing is horrible. It could start another war with Germany. Cayenne=   And to the designer(s) :flipa: :flipa: :flipa: Euro19 05-31-2002, 09:54 AM I thing the new Cayenne is ugly as shit. Specially the Turbo, what about those front bumpers with those huge intakes? It shouldn“t have bumpers then! And the back, is uglyyy, too plastic, I never expected something like that from Porsche. And yes the wheels on the Cayenne S loos very much as those on the Focus ZX5, which is good :D Chris 09-12-2002, 08:29 AM I also find it a little homely. And people who buy this to have a fast SUV, or the status of an SUV and a Porsche (lamers), deserve to have their money taken from them, and to have a machine that is almost completely useless in the real world.
