Hello everyone, I am new to the board, bought a beautiful 1998 Trooper last month for the wife, it's been great so far. Here's the problem, I was futzin around last night fixing a dash bulb ( cig lighter bulb was out; I CAN'T STAND burnt out bulbs!!) and I must have shorted out the socket as now I have no dash lights and the fuel gauge is not working. I searched teh owner's manual for a fuse for dash lights or something similar with no luck! Where is the fuse that controls dash lights and fuel gauge? All other lights/accessories seem to be working fine. Wife pissed at me for futzin (I guess I can't blame her!) I am mechanically inclined and work on all my cars, but this seems ridiculous that there is no marked fuse/relay for the dash lights. Any help is appreciated!

TIA,

Caleous
