That's a bit hard to understand; could you clarify? Sounds like an idle problem.

what i mean is when i am traveling on the highway,i reach around 100kms it starts to pulse, loses power then picks up to normal at like 1 second intervals?

So it fluctuates, loses power then picks up again? Strange. I'd say you may have a fuel delivery problem.
