Well the INFL REST(short for inflatable restraint - your airbag) light is supposed to come on when you start the car. It turns off right after you start the car, right?

As far as the suspension, the best thing to do is replace the rear struts. My '93 Park Avenue has the same exact problem. I'm going to be replacing the struts over the holiday when I have some time off. I'm not sure what brand of struts you should use when replacing yours, but I'm sure someone else here can lead you in the right direction.

I am wondering if the car has an air suspension or not if it does could it be a air pump or line or somthing

It sounds like you have the autoleveling option on the car, as you load up the car it is supposed level it self. You can check this by looking at the struts and check to see if a small air line is going to them. If there is no line going to them it may be your rear springs have broken or are worn out, that would also cause the rear of the car to sag.
If you have the autoleveling there are a couple of choices on the replacement struts, you could put the regular ones on or the autoleveling. But some how you will need to make sure your airpump is working properly.
Monroe makes an okay replacement strut.
Another thing, if your rear struts are done there is a good chance your front ones are also.
