I just installed a remanufactured 350 for a 76 camaro on a 59 checy truck. The engine turns but won't start. Once in a while I will get backfires. I already brought the #1 piston to TDC and adjusted the distributor (as best as I could) Now what can I do? When I took out the #1 plug I had gas trickle out of it. I have a new edelbrock carb. Any suggestions?
