hurry need helponesojourner 03-04-2002, 11:14 AM i just bought a stereo and i cant figure out how to take the big plastic peice off that starts on the far left goes over the steering wheel and the stereo. (92-95 civic) Xplocivic 03-04-2002, 11:17 AM I'm pretty sure it will just pop out. But I don't think you need to take that off in order to install a stereo. Just unscrew the bottom portion of the center console and you should be able to get at everything from there, if I remember correctly. It's been a while since I messed with the system. Hope this helps. 90CRXZCSi 03-04-2002, 01:19 PM yea you dont have to take off that whole piece to get to the stereo. There should be some screws underneath where the radio is(get on the floor and look up). Just take those off and i believe your home free. j.fuggi 03-04-2002, 01:34 PM Originally posted by 90CRXZCSi yea you dont have to take off that whole piece to get to the stereo.
