Hello Everybody,
My name is Marco and I am from the Netherlands, Europe. In Holland, my Concorde is a rare car, because it was never sold on the Dutch market.
I have a question:
The fan/blower of my climate control (ATC) is going to fast and it's not able to make it go slower. Temperature is okay, but the noise of the blower going to fast is driving me crazy. Does anybody know what is going on?

(I am assuming that you do have Automatic Temperature Control) if not this is not the fix. post back if you do not have ATC!

Well, there is a sensor which controls your blower speeds. It is located just to the left of the automatic temperature controls. It has a small fan behind it to suck in air so that the sensor can check the ambient temperature of the cars' interior. This sensor is right below the manual fan speed control. Place a small tissue in front of this sensor about one inch away. The air movement should suck the tissue into the grill of the temperature sensor. If not then you do not have adequate air moving across the ambient temperature sonsor which will control the fan speed.
Also, check to be sure that your ATC confirms that the switch Manual to automatic control, shows that it has switched to automatic control (dash readout). Do you have multiple blower speeds when you place system in manual mode? If so its almost certainly this sensor or lack of air flowing across it. Hope this points you in the right direction. Thanks for your reply.

I checked the small fan of the sensor, it was okay.

When I switch the ATC from automatic to manual, I have the good readout. On Manual nothing happens when I turn the switch.

When I turn the ATC off, the blower speed even gets faster.

I hope you or someone else can give me more instructions to find and solve the problem.

Thanks again from the Netherlands!
