Overdrive Light comes on when I start my engine

I own a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I'm losing patience with it. My overdrive light comes on when I start the engine. This does not happen all of the time....I can go days without it happening and at times it's every time I start the car. I've had it a reputable dealer now over 8 times and they cannot seem to find the problem. They have replaced the solenoid & transducers in the transmission and have tried a new computer module and nothing is helping.
JSRJeep....are you out there? I see that you had similar problems....did you get the problem rectified? This is so frustrating and in deed becoming very expensive.
I love my jeep and would love to have it fixed. Is this a wiring problem? An ignition problem? I too hear a 'click' when the overdrive light does go out when I first start the car. The 'click' doesn't happen when it is stuck in overdrive. It's like the torque converter is stuck on.
Please anyone.....help!!!
Thanks,
