'99 Rodeo instrument lightsjikchung 12-13-2004, 10:03 AM Wife is out of town, called & said she "hit a bump" on the highway and lost the instrument lights. Any suggestions where to start checking when she gets back today? Thanks, Dwight rodeo02 12-13-2004, 12:40 PM First thing I'd check is the dimmer switch (lower left of dash) and it's associated wiring for a loose/broken connection. G/luck Joel jikchung 12-13-2004, 07:29 PM Thanks for the reply Joel. I now have more information: The fuse for the Tail/Illum. lights was burnt out, replaced. All other interior fuses are OK. Tail lights still inop. as well as headlights not flashing with keyless entry activation. I know I'm missing something in the chain here. A single bulb out (tail light) won't do this will it? Is there a breaker or something I'm not considering? I'll check further Wed. morning when I have the time, meanwhile she'll not be driving after dark. jikchung 12-17-2004, 09:44 AM Was a loose stereo wire, must have been some 'bump'. Maybe I should check for front end damage? ; ) vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
