Last night 2000 JGC Laredo ran fine to store. Came out and tried to start and all guages spinning back and forth, turn key... Nothing. Had it towed home. Turn headlights on relays above fusebox under dash go buzurk ticking. Swapped around relays, no change. No blown fuses, battery reads 11.3 V. After many hours I got panel to look normal a couple of times for odometer to say DONE, no codes. Headlights turn on 1 out of 10 tries. Cleaned and tightened all visible ground wires. Any ideas???

My 2000 was doing the same thing a few months ago, replaced the battery with, and put in one with more power this time, andn everything is working fine.

Clean the battery and terminals, use a wire brush inside the terminals and on the battery posts. charge the battrey. check the volts once it is started, if the volts are between 13 and 15 vdc turn the car off the charging system is good. turn the lights on for 5 minutes with the engine off. test the battery volts with the lights off. if the volts have fallen below 11, replace the battery. also if the volts drop below 9 while starting... change the battery.

Battery needs replacing, that's all.
Forget all the tests, waste of time!
Good luck.
