Don't get all gung hoe on me, but I am a newbie on the boards and have researched but haven't found out too much. My 95 GC Limited 4.0L has an exhaust leak and will need replacing. I want a catback, but would like to hear your guys' thoughts. All for the Pacesetter TFX dual exit? All for Flowmaster 40's with custom exhaust. Borla? Dynomax? I am on a budget and would like to stay under $250. Also dont want somethign TOO loud. Im leaning toward the Pacesetter, but let me know what you think. I am also going to put on an intake with K&N filter, TB Spacer, and possibly a chip, if anyone has some good reviews on any. Also how do you guys think a set of 18" Konig Verdict 6 spoke wheels would look on a cherokee? i had them on my probe gt and they looked good, but how about on an suv baby!?

well I would go with the FlowMaster American Thunder System (added 26 HP to a 98 JGC 5.9L) and it sounds great, but if you are looking for a mellow tone I think your best bet for HP and noise would be a GIBSON exhaust system.

Yeah I talked to Nick the Jeep Guru, and he can make me a good exhaust with a Flowmaster 70 muffler, with a 2.5" mandrel bent piping. Only problem its a little steep for me right now. I also found out that the pacesetter exhaust is junk, or has been believed to be junk. But who knows. Yes I am going for hp and a good tone. Good doesn't mean loud though. Thats why I am planning to go with the 70 series muffler because it has a great tone, just not as loud as the 50 series from FLowmaster. I wish I had the money for a borla setup. I had a catback borla exhaust on my 93 probe gt and it sounded awesome. Well thanks for your help. If you have any more suggestions, please post em' up.
