I am having trouble with moisture forming inside the headlight assembly. Has anyone else experienced this and/or does anyone know how to remebly the situation so it does not occur again?

it depends on the make of car and it can be easily fixed by taking out the headlight and drilling a hole in the bottom of it.

Knowing what year would help. You most likely have a small crack or leak in the seal that is letting in water. You want to find that and seal it. Don't go drilling holes in your lights. You're asking for more problems by doing that. The post 98 lights(not sure about the pre 98s) have vents on the back to let out moisture. Once sealed, any condensation will evaporate through the vents after a few days.

It is a 1998 Contour

I agree, DO NOT DRILL ANY HOLES! The reason its fogging up is because there is a hole (crack) somewhere on the housing which is letting in moisture. Drilling a hole would only worsen the problem.

i would buy a new one "housing" if i were you.
