Vtss ?

HI, I have a JGC '93 and after a batery replacement I got a seccurity light allways on and the overhead console it's not working but the lights goes on when you open the doors and the fuses are all ok. I have the book for the VTSS and it reads that is a CCD bus problem, but Im not sure any idea????
