E-150 Exhaust system hanger

Problem: The angle bracket that mounts to the frame rail cracked in half horizontally at the upper mounting bolt of the bracket. Dealer tells me that the bracket is no longer available form Ford.

Note: This part is called "bracket and insulator assembly" in section 4-12 of the Haynes Repair manual #36094 for this vehicle. (There is a diagram of this hanger on that page "view X."

I'm considering attempting a repair by having a muffler shop weld the bracket back together. Would be better if I can purchase a new bracket assembly. to replace the cracked assembly. Anyone know of a source for the bracket assembly?
