Stock Offset?JimmyGold 11-28-2004, 01:10 PM Does anyone know what the stock offset is on the 4dr 4x4 GMC Jimmy? I have a 2000. I am having problmes with aftermarket rims and my suspensin parts. I was told that the wheels sit too far from the truck itself. I currently have 15x8 eagle alloy 146's with a +27mm offset. Thanks! JimmyGold 11-29-2004, 02:30 PM I got the answer directly from GM...stock offset is 50mm on my 2000 GMC Jimmy 4dr 4x4 SLT BlazerLT 11-30-2004, 01:18 AM +40mm JimmyGold 11-30-2004, 02:52 PM LT...plus +40 mm what? Clarify please BlazerLT 11-30-2004, 03:03 PM That is the offset and what you look for when making sure the wheels will fit. JimmyGold 11-30-2004, 03:11 PM The stock offset is 50mm for the OEM 15x7 wheel according to GM. You're saying I should be looking for a 40mm offset on an 8" aftermarket wheel, correct? What about 38mm? BlazerLT 11-30-2004, 03:15 PM 38 will work. That is what mine are. JimmyGold 11-30-2004, 03:16 PM Thanks a lot! Not to beat a dead horse but have you had any suspension problems? BlazerLT 11-30-2004, 03:22 PM Nope, they are a factory replacement. Here are some other wheels that wil fit our trucks.
