93 Town Car Rear Defroster Problem

I have no power to the rear defroster and the heated mirrors don't work. I have check the fuses and they are OK. I have pulled the push botton switch and have power in and out and switch is working. It may be the control module but I don't know where it is under the dash. Does anyone know exactly where it is? If this is not the problem what should I look at next?

You may want to have a look at the Power Distribution Box located under the hood, on the RH fender apron. On the high current side, there's a 40A bar that may be the culprit.

I don't know of any relays or modules in that circuit.
