It's called an actuator. Get that in and you'll be good to go. Also do a search in AF for Honda Accords and you'll find many topics on power windows. If you read some of those, I'm sure you'll fix the problem.

The drivers door door lock won't actutate unless the door is closed. What are the other door locks doing when you actutate the switch?

The Power Door Lock Control unit is the only thing common to all the door lock actutators. It has its own fuse (20A). It has a grounded lead (blk) and just reverses power to the all the actutators in parallel depending on whether you are locking or unlocking the doors. The door switches, when activated, applies a ground signal to the control unit which tells the unit which way to configure the power. If the blk lead from the control unit does not have a good ground, none of the actutators will work. Also the drivers door lock actutator has a switch which applies a ground signal to the controller when the key is turned to lock. If the switch does not open when the key is returned to remove it, the door locks will not move.

Make sure the fuse to the power lock system is good. Then disconnect the driver's door actuator electrical plug. See if it then works. Check the black lead from the control unit to make sure it is grounded. Then disconnect the passenger door switch and the passenger door actutator and then after testing after each item is disconnected, go to the back doors. If it still doesn't work, you probably have a power door lock control unit failure and it needs to be replaced. Cost unknown. Check the wires and connection to the control unitl. I think the unit is in the drivers door panel.
