My 2000 Jeep Grand CHerokee liftgate won't open, or the window. I looked in the owners manual and there is not a fuse listed for this.

got the same problem but the glass opens my tailgate is stuck closed i wish i could help you but im in the same boat....if i hear anything i will let you know

to open the liftgate try this, (I had this prob in my 94 ZJ)

Push in on the Liftgate, and Pull the handle (to open), then pull the liftagte open.
