I'd say a junkyard would be a good place to start.

After my stocks blew out, I checked on ebay and finally purchased a decent one. You have to be careful though because some guys will sell you blown ones also. Why does it have to be OEM? Why don't you just go the aftermarket route?

My guess is he wants to trade the car in, right?
