you can get it online from www.usps.com under "Find a form" then go to "Miscellaneous Forms" then go all the way to the bottom to "PS Form 8165 (PDF)
Mail Fraud Report (1/1999) "

its in pdf format and you can just print and fill it out.

wow this is odd,
about 1 1/2 ago,I got calt scamming on ebay,
dont wanna tell too much, about how much,
but I ended up with 16 felonys & 28 misdemenors,
I was only charged with 4 felonys & 8 misdemenors,
2 class d & 2 class c,
spent 3 months in jail without seeing my little boy,
& have 5 years of probation, cant leave the county, haft to keep a job,
no weapons,no nothing,,,,,I really messed myself up,I learned my lesson
I wish I havent of done it,
they got me with identity theft & unlawful access to a computer,
ebay is like the best thing out there,
you can find parts that you never would at any nearby store,
i messed it up,
if anyone ever scams you,its no problem,
everything will be settled
take it from someone who knows!

i'm glad there seems to be some sort of happy ending for some of these scamming stories. the most i've been ripped off for on ebay was when someone sent me a $6.95 check. i waited the customary 5 days, assumed all was well, and sent the book this lady bought. i get a notice in the mail afterwards of an NSF check, and *I* was being charged $25 because of it. to make a long story short, she replied and acted like it was my fault that i wanted payment, i wanted it soon, and i wanted it in a money order, not check. she kept insisting on writing another damn check. anyway, i just kinda let that one go, and i fire off an e-mail to her every 6 months or so to remind her that she hasn't sent me the money yet.

i got scammed by someone claiming to be from the US wildlife and fisheries department. there was this ad in the classifieds in the paper, and it said something about getting info to become a park ranger. i called the number and they said i could register to take the civil service exam for $60something, so i did, and they sent me a packet of information which was photocopied and stapled from some other book they had, apparantly, and it said plain as day that the civil service exam was free, and all i had to do was find a place that was giving it and go take it. the only way they offered a refund was if i failed the exam, and proved it. i didn't bother with the trouble. i reported them to the better business bureau, but never heard anything back.

i wouldn't mind losing money in a casino... where i could know the risks beforehand and lose the money because of a choice i made, not because someone mislead me.

i got scammed twice trying to buy projectors for my 99 civic ex. the firt time the asshole never sent the product and refused to answer emails of mine so i cut my losses and said fuck it. i then bought more projectors later on this year and it turned out the asshole sent me 96 projector headlights and wouldnt respond to my emails and now i am stuck with 96 headlights and no 96 civic. just be careful not all these stories have fairytale endings it can happen to you. i wouldnt order parts on there either cause i have bought numerous parts that didnt fit, when they claimed they would. fuckers
