Importing JDMluckycharms 11-22-2004, 04:35 PM Is there anyone out there who has any idea how to import Japanese vehicles?.... I hear that importing JDMs (right hand-drives) are practically impossible. I've read that there has to be modifications and tests... such as crash tests in order for you to import JDM. The thing is: I wanna import a 92 RX-7 to CA, USA. So what's going on?.... Will the JDM RX-7 be accepted upon entry cause of the similar make and model, etc.... or will it be tested by EPA and such? P.S. I've been informed that it's illegal to drive right-hand drive vehicles anywhere in USA because only postal carriers are allowed to....... so, if you know anyone out there that has a right hand-drive car, tell me about it, and how the hell it's possible for them to drive it legally.... Thanks.......... Find a front clip or frame w right hand drive and go from there. Do like I , bought a Starion and RX7 here and they still will run fast and look good. Thenonly way you will get one is to have a lot of money and friends within the movie or car business vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
