04'GTO, STI, EVO, 05' mustang, SRT-4??titanium_z7 11-16-2004, 07:12 AM wut car should i get 04-05 GTO, STI, evoVIII, 05' mustang, or SRT-4?? need help thx. drdisque 11-17-2004, 02:49 PM GTO if you want a comfortable fast car that handles well Mustang if you want a comfortable fast car thats cheaper STI if you want an uncomfortable slightly faster car solaris=amazing 11-17-2004, 04:34 PM SRT-4 is the fastest one..and is capable of easily beating all of those. You can have Dodge put there stage2 turbo on it, and have her reach 0-60 in 5 seconds.. kman10587 11-17-2004, 06:29 PM There's no way in hell an SRT-4 is taking out an STi, Evo, or Mustang SVT Cobra. I doubt it could even take out a GTO or a 2005 Mustang GT. However, it's got great bang-for-buck and for the $30,000 or so that you'd spend on the other cars, you could have an SRT-4 in the 12's or maybe even 11's. My personal pick would be the Evo, because the chassis and suspension are so well done. titanium_z7 11-18-2004, 12:09 AM thx. any one else have any comments. solaris=amazing 11-19-2004, 08:39 PM kman.. ah, yeah, an srt4 will beat the cars i mentioned.. I forgot to mention though, WITH a stage3 mopar upgrade. It would easily be in the mid 11's and 4.6 0to60.. camaroincal 11-19-2004, 09:16 PM I say the LS1 powered GTO if you plan on modding the car. Those things are easy to make monsters with just minor bolt on's. titanium_z7 11-20-2004, 09:18 AM [Quote]I say the LS1 powered GTO if you plan on modding the car. If it is going to be a garaged car that is strictly for fun I'd personally go with the evo or sti vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
